Automatic imprint machine delivered

WBS has delivered a complete UV-imprinting process and equipment that outperforms the competition in every aspect. High performance is attained not only in accuracy (sub micron), but also in throughput as the machine has a throughput of 10 double-sided imprinted wafers per hour (for 8 inch wafers, 200 mm). This 2nd generation UV-imprinting equipment is developed specifically for full scale production: it is robust, has a high uptime and it operates fully automated.
Our customer is enthusiastic about the delivered machine due to its significantly improved processing abilities.
