UValue Reverse
Reversed Imprinting enables relatively high and very accurate structures or textures to be manufactured. In this process, a layer of UV-curable imprinting material is applied to the mould. In fully automated equipment this gives a yield of almost 100%.
A reversed imprinting machine can significantly extend the application areas of a UV imprinting machine by providing the possibility to imprint higher and more accurate structures as well as closed channels.
In April 2011 this machine is installed and accepted and currently is in full production.
